NATURE AS INSPIRATION

In Menton, on the border between France and Italy, the climate is heavenly. The large cliffs which overlook the city stop the offshore winds and concentrate the sun. In the heart of the city stretch vast terraced gardens, where hundreds of varieties of citrus fruits, flowers and aromatic herbs flourish. It is in this natural laboratory of infinite richness that Mauro Colagreco, a creator at the crossroads of cultures, draws his inspiration.

In his art, Mauro Colagreco is daring, perfectionist, and above all generous. Eager to share the fruits of his discoveries, he created a cuisine whose beauty echoes that of all nature. It is this know-how that he used to create Tempera: a range of alcohol-free blends, worthy of the finest cellars.

A SINGULAR EXPERIENCE

In Tempera, we mean temperate, for the mild climate of Menton. Temperance, because our drinks are alcohol-free. Temperament, because their unique aromatic profile will surprise you.

Tempera's promise is to provide everyone with a unique gastronomic experience, with the same standards and sophistication as those enjoyed at the finest tables. So that each glass is an opportunity for unreserved sharing and complete pleasure.

A SUCCESSFUL MEETING

As this new chapter in its history was being written, Mauro Colagreco was looking for a person capable of embarking on the adventure and leading Tempera with enthusiasm.

The meeting with Arielle Bove, whose entrepreneurial outlook and sensitivity were put at the service of the chef's creations, made it possible to materialize this ambitious project.

Unique aromatic compositions were born, made in France with the finest ingredients, thanks to a network of producers and manufacturers who share their love of flavors.
