OUR COMMITMENTS
We seek to promote a sustainable economy through concrete actions. Thus, all our beers are brewed with quality ingredients from organic farming.

The Brasserie is also the leading Parisian hop grower, with more than 600 plants planted within the city walls and plantations in constant development. Our goal: to only use hops from our plantations.

And we are continuing our work on the recovery of our brewing waste, the return of deposits and bulk beer. The brewery is notably behind the creation of the Second Life project, which recycles spent grain into food products.

OUR STORY
Coming from a family of winegrowers, Jean-Barthélémy Chancel developed a passion for craft beer during his various travels, particularly in the USA. He decided to create his first brewery in 2011: the Brasserie Artisanale du Luberon.

Building on this first experience, and wanting to give Paris back its beer, he founded the La Parisienne brewery in 2014 at the foot of Butte-aux-Cailles in the 13th arrondissement. The brewery moved to Pantin in 2016 in a former factory from the 1930s.
