The DJIN Signature Amaroz alcohol-free 0% is an alcohol-free digestive bitter made from the distillation tails of Djin Nature Passion N°1 in which more than thirty medicinal plants have been infused, including turmeric, bitter orange and gentian for even more flavors: AmarOz is positioned as a delicious, healthy and very low sugar alternative (<0.2g/100 ml) to Aperol or Campari. 

It will allow you to revisit, among other things, the famous Spritz cocktail but can also be enjoyed neat on ice accompanied by an orange zest.

Voted best non-alcoholic spirit in the world during the Vinalies Internationales 2024 tasting competition (No/Low category) organized by the Union of Oenologists of France, AmarOz has incomparable aromatic richness!

Due to its composition, it is also particularly suitable for people suffering from intestinal transit disorders by improving digestive comfort.

Creation
DJIN SPIRITS was created in 2019 by Romuald Vincent.

It was initially a question of responding to a growing demand from bar professionals and French consumers for a superior quality “non-alcoholic spirit” capable of satisfying the highest demands.

The design

Manufacturing
The production is based on an innovative aromatic extraction technique developed by hand by the Master Liquorist in his workshop.

Our premises
Production still takes place in the family home in Saint-Brice, a small town in Cognaçais located on the edge of the Charente.

Our values
The spirits that come out of our stills have a unique taste and all the organoleptic qualities of the greatest spirits without any of the effects attributed to alcohol. Organic, vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free, they can be consumed neat on ice or in cocktails.

Our Philosophy

The vintages are centered on the work of botanicals in maceration, distillation and other techniques kept secret. On the one hand DJIN SPIRITS brings together our alcohol-free plant spirits and on the other hand, MAISON DÂME, our range of traditional spirits.

DJIN SPIRITS is a family of spirits, a synthesis of our work and our values, but applied to craft production, 100% alcohol-free, working on a natural base articulated around medicinal plants and their powers.

Because we sincerely believe that alcohol is not an end in itself, that only the moment of tasting, sharing and the quality of the feeling count, we have chosen not to limit ourselves to a single production technique and to do everything possible so that people, whatever their choices or their origins, can take as much pleasure in tasting our vintages as we have in making them.
