🔍 TO KNOW EVERYTHING…

We present to you the white wine Divin Vigneron Sauvignon without alcohol 0.5%, a gastronomic creation made from the most beautiful plots of the Touraine vineyard. Its unique production is based on an avant-garde technique of reintegrating aromas at the end of dealcoholization, giving this wine a distinctive personality, an exquisite tribute to the art of haute cuisine, reminding us that this wine is also a great wine of the Loire Valley.

Made in the Loire Valley, this Sauvignon Blanc comes from our plots of old vines. It results from the assembly of a part aged in stainless steel vats to preserve freshness and fruit and another from aging in barrels for 10 months. This added complexity allows us to create an exceptional base wine for the delicate process of dealcoholization.

🧑‍🌾 ABOUT THE PRODUCER

The DIVIN team teamed up with the winemaker Villebois, a specialist in Sauvignon Blanc de Loire, to develop an alcohol-free sparkling wine. Produced on the Atlantic coast and in the Loire Valley, the French Sauvignon Blanc wine which served as the basis for this perilous exercise was selected for its exceptional aromatic potential and its sweetness-acidity balance.
