The recipe for our alcohol-free beer: Our alcohol-free beer has not undergone any industrial dealcoholization process! It is first acidified thanks to the action of a lactic acid bacteria (Sour kettle), then, during fermentation with the Pichia kluyveri strain, low alcohol production is ensured.

Created in 1999, the Moulins d’Ascq Brewery takes its name from the two mills located at the entrance to Villeneuve-d’Ascq. Originally installed in the center of the Sens farm, in 2021 it moved a few hundred meters away, in new eco-designed premises.

Mathieu Lepoutre, the founder of the brewery wanted to create “a good craft beer” and to be able to control the quality and origin of his different raw materials he directly chose to use exclusively products from organic farming. Wheat malt, barley, hops, sugar come from this agriculture.
