PRODUCTION
Almave redefines the soft drinks category as a non-alcoholic spirit made from the coveted blue agave plant and using the same traditional process as tequila to press and cook the agave. First, the agave piñas are harvested, cooked and crushed. But above all, Almave skips the fermentation stage during which the liquid becomes
alcohol. Multiple distillation will concentrate and capture the complexity, delicate aromas and flavors of agave.
